Cannot connect Knowledge Base because of advertisement

Hi,

 

I would like to connect my JSM project to Confluence. I cannot find this option under the corresponding item in the project settings. Instead, I am shown advertisements that I cannot click away (or when I click on the links, nothing happens except more advertisements etc.).

Licenses for the products Confluence and JSM (both Premium) are available. What can I do?

Hi @Jens 

Do you have a license on Confluence, you will need this.

As I wrote above, users have Confluence AND JSM licenses both Premium.

HI @Jens 

You want to set this up, do you yourself have a confluence and JSM agent license and have you enabled the kb permission options in the products section of jira administration?

Try an incognito browser window or clear your cache and cookies.

I'm org-admin and have all necessary rights.
