Cannot find the IT Service Mangement template, I just get the IT service management (essentials)

Hi community! I need your advise... I want to create in my Jira instance a ITSM company-managed project. I have JSM in my instance, but I just find an "IT service management (essentials)" which allow me to create just team-managed projects :(

What is wrong in my instance? what do I have to do to create a JSM company-managed project?
