My sandbox JSM environment has the Change Management feature enabled, yet we can't create CRs and looking at our project settings the Change Management 'option/settings' isn't available, only Incident Management. What further do I need to do to be able to enable CRs for the project?
What would be the repercussions of temporarily disabling the CM feature and then reenabling it?
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Ian Templeton I believe you will need to add the issue type and request type for change and then link the request type to the feature when you enable it.
Thank you for the quick response @Christopher Yen! I'll check the configurations. What's odd, using a test user, I can create CRs. Odd that my admin account can't see the Change management feature.

Having the admin role doesn't automatically grant the user role so that may be something to check as well

Thanks @Christopher Yen! The account I am using has user admin, which was enough. I believe what resolved my issue was associating the issue type and workflow w/ the project.
