Hi, when working internally with my team in JIRA and Bitbucket, I want my display name to be my full name. However, when using Service Desk, I want the display name to be "Customer Support".
Is there a way to control the display name conditionally?

Hi, Boris 👋 I am 95% confident the answer is "no." The 5% comes from wondering if something can be done with the Atlassian APIs, but, alas, when I searched that path, I could not find a solution.
The only workaround I can think of is to create/have two distinct Atlassian IDs 😕
