Hi all,
I made a form called "Out of office hours" which our agents can add on a ticket. In the form they can fill in the date and minutes that have worked outside of office hours.
As to have a nice and quick overview of the data per month, I wonder if it is possible to combine the data of the forms or is there another solution for my use case?

Your agent can simply log work against the issue in the queue. No form is needed.
This way, the data is all kept in the issues.

As forms don't use custom fields, you won't be able to report on the entered form data either unless you would export the forms for external data analysis.
