Hi

Is it possible to restrict the running of certain automation using custom fields like 'Assignment group'?

I want to allow only people from certain 'Assignment groups to be able to run specific automation.

Example - 

People from Assignment group 1 can run Automations 2,3,4

People from Assignment group 2 can run Automations 1,5,6

and so on...

Hi Jalaj,

If you are talking about Manual automation rules, yes, you can identify who can run the rules. If you are talking about rules based on other triggers, it will depend on exactly what you are trying to do, but you probably will not be able to restrict those much. 

We would need more details on exact use cases.
