Copy from Parent Automation does not word on "more fields"

Hi all, 
I need some help with an automation.

example: 

triggered by: issue created
If issuefield HELLO is HELLOOOO
Then Create subtask called: CIAO 

with following fields, within the subtask: 

1 copy from trigger issue (Dropdown)

2 copy from trigger issue (free text)

3 copy from trigger issue (Dropdown)

4 copy from trigger issue  (Dropdown)

5 copy from trigger issue (Dropdown) 

6 copy from trigger issue (Dropdown)

7 copy from trigger issue (Dropdown)

I've created a new view screen for this task, to show my issuefields 1-6 on the right side. Its created in the correct order 1-6.

But my new automated Sub-Task is showing the following customfields on the right side, section "Details":

2, 5, 6, 7

In section "More fields" I can see:

1, 3, 4 - but there is not content in the fields, its not copied from the parent / trigger issue

Why are the fields empty in section "more fields" and why is there a different order?

What does this error mean? :

Unknown fields set during create, they may be unavailable for the project/type (???). Check your custom field configuration. Fields ignored -

Signatur benötigt?1 (customfield_10123), Jobbezeichnung 3 (für Signatur) (customfield_10074), 4Abteilung (customfield_10111), Standort (customfield_10110)

Hi @Susann Petzold

Check that in the subtasks the fields are available in the create screen.

Also check that the context of the subtask and parent have the same options.
