Copying attachments from Project 1 description, into Project 2 description
Hi all,
I've tried ChatGPT but it seems this isn't possible in native Jira.
What I'm trying to achieve is when I copy the requirements info from a Google doc with the screenshots in there as well. I then have a rule so it clones the summary, description and attachments into a separate project, which our clients access and view.
It appears that when doing this, the attachments preview in the description doesn't work and just provides an error saying "Preview unavailable". It's pretty annoying and so I'm hoping someone has solution other than the paid for Deep Clone app.
Does anyone know if there is a solution, as some of our requirements list can contain over 20 images, which if we need to go back in and manually update them just defeats the purpose of the automatic clone to be honest.
