If we're making the change from OpsGenie over to use the functionality now that it's directly in JSM, could you let me know what the cost changes will be?
OpsGenie is being turned off > my guess is that this cost reduction nets out by having the functionality provided elsewhere.
JSM has functionality added > Is this extra functionality already built into existing license costs for JSM, or does use of the extra functionality create additional costs per user to access the copied over OpsGenie functionality in JSM?
My expectation is that there is no increase in costs for using this functionality in JSM and I would like confirmation on how that will play out at the user license level.
Welcome to the community.
This is in the JSM license, but only available on a JSM premium/enterprise subscription.
So moving from opsgenie to JSM will not have a cost increase, if you are on JSM premium. (stated in the tag on this question)
Thanks for that, Marc.
