Create a condition who check issuetype Initiative

Dears,

I want to create a condition for issuetyoe: Initiative, who check:

For Initiative type tasks create and add a condition that you cannot move into In progress status if there are no Epik/Story/Task type tasks attached to it.

I want to use Jira Automation.
