We have 2 different projects say X & Y.
My question - Is it possible to raise a ticket in the Y project using the X project portal?
This is the form from X portal. Can we create a ticket using this form in Y project?

in a word no. However, maybe you could explain why you were wanting to do this so that we can come up with a better answer. Is the customer going to be the same across both projects so that the reporter is the same? Maybe you can use automation to move the issue to the new project or create a link issue in the other project. I just need to understand more about what you're trying to do and why.
