Hi There

I want to give Access to my Customer Portal. Therefore I want to change the Banner with our Brand.

1. But the banner gets pushed out of the window. This is not wanted behavior if we want to have a design with a fixed position. Instead we want the banner to scale.

Is it possible to change this behavior? 

2. Is it also also possible for options for the positioning of other elements as well?

Or if there maybe is a preference panel where you can set the ‘look’ of the site?

When customizing the customer portal, the recommended banner size is 1680x360, so other sizes may not fit correctly. 

Please, give a try by changing the banner to the recommended size.

Regarding the position of elements, the customer portal is very limited when it comes to customization, so the position of fields, links, order of columns, for example, it's not possible to change.

Please, let us know what would like to change so we can check if there is a workaround or a feature request.
