Customer Permission

Hi,

I have input as "Yes" for the question

(Can customers create their own accounts?) in configuration.

This was done so that people who are not a customer can still create a ticket on JSD using Email Request.

I have multiple projects but what I need is to give this access in only a few of my projects.

But, what I can see is that it is being activated in all of my project and the customer can access the Service Desk portal of all the projects.

Any Suggestion on how can I achieve this?

Hi Ayush,

Thank you for the details.
For a project to be restricted, even if the "Can customers create their own accounts?" is active, you must change a setting directly in the project.
On each project you need to restrict the access, please go to Project settings > Customer permissions > Who can access the portal and send requests to xxxxxxxx? > Customers my team adds to the project > Save.
So, when the customer creates their own accounts, they will not see the project, unless an admin manually adds them.

Regards,
Angélica
