Customer Portal - Still being translated even though languages are disabled
Hello,
I am currently experiencing an issue where some auto-generated texts are being translated to users' default language even though the portal does not support that language.
Some users just work in Jira with the default language set to Czech and when they see the portal (where we don't want to support translations) some of the text is English some is in Czech. This just looks like we (as admins) are stupid. Is it a bug/feature is there a way to fix it? If possible we'd want the whole JSM to be just in English.
