Customer portal looks and feel

Hello all,

I have searched high and low but i can't find the option to change the layout of the portal that i have created. i can only add a banner and change the placements of the forms but i cannot create a different look and feel:

Is there a way to change the look and feel of your customer portal

Background color on a portal can't be changed ootb.

This will require theming apps for Jira Service Management

I prefer Theme Extension for Jira Service Management, but you can also look at Refined
