Hello,
I created a Jira service desk board and for weeks everything has been fine in terms of customers having access. But today I noticed that all of my customers on one particular board have disappeared and every time I add a customer their name disappears after refreshing the page.
Any help on this would be great.
Like @Andrew Herman says there seems to be something general going on as we see more and more questions about this popping up.

Identified - We are investigating an issue with user search, assigning fields, and user mentions that are impacting some Confluence, Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Bitbucket customers. We will provide more details within the next hour.
