Hello Community,

I've just checked my long-standing knowledge base that we have for our JSM support portal and have noticed that I can no longer see the thumbs up / thumbs down voting options at the bottom of the article.

Has this feature been removed or changed?

I'm not sure how to use the Resolved / Deflected reports if this data isn't able to be captured?

Hi @Julia Watson-Clarke I found JSDCLOUD-17007 on Atlassian's Jira Site.  I would suggest voting for and watching it for updates.  Please feel free to add a comment as well why this is needed.

I went ahead and added a vote for it myself.
