I'm using the system to receive requests via email only. So I would like to know how can I customize the emails sent to the customer after he/she sends their request.
Ex: When a customer sends an email, they receive a customized email with our company's logo, themes, colors, headers and footers
It would be great to see samples of a customized email. I'm familiar with email template under customer notifications but it seems that I can't add company's logo and design the template the I way I want it.
here's the official documentation about customizing email templates for JSM. They're also mentioning as a tip:
You can add a logo by referencing a publicly-hosted image in the HTML. For example, <img src="url to the image"></img>.
Not sure if that's enough for you.
If it's not, you can also check out the recommendations of this post: Use a marketplace app to do such things or use an Automation to send custom notifications via an automation rule. There you have more freedom about the email body.
