I want to lower the amount of screens and applications my team has open. I saw that the Dialpad API has a Dialpad Mini Dialer (CTI) which can be embedded within an iframe and was wondering if this would be possible to develop in JSM.
Dialpad has this integration with many other services like Zendesk natively where you can see the mini Dialpad screen while still using the functions of the ticketing system. I was thinking this could be possible with Atlassian Connect but I'm not sure.
