Don't see priority field in the Customise Requests list

I want that customers after creating a ticket see the priority. The problem is i can't add the priority field.

Hi @SMT - Mustafa Demir 

It's definitely an option - see this help page to clarify that.

Is the field visible in the Project? Can you set it as part of the Agent view? If you create a new Project - is this still an issue?
