Email Replies adding comments even for private boards

Hello,

    I have an IT board that I want to keep hidden from everyone. Currently, people put in tickets via the portal and get an email update when the tickets is updated but when they reply to the email it doesn't add a comment. Is there a way to resolve this?

Hi @Ben Weisman ,

a IT Board is something related to one or more project depending on the board filter. If you want to make it as private, you need to define private related project/projects so none can create/edit ticket.
