Hi team,
I am experiencing repeated issues with the 'Email Requests' feature, where the emails are either not being opened or there is a failure in reading the content of the emails.
Please look into this matter ASAP as we are missing out on important emails.
Ps: All our settings are fine, JSM failed to read 4-5 of the email requests.

Unfortunately I could find a bug reported to Atlassian so this is a known issue with no solution still:
