Failed to Load - Retry
We are experiencing issues with attachments on our service desk projects which is quite frustrating. As an agent when I try to insert the file (which is small in size,only few kbs) below error is shown. The only way to get rid of the error is to exit the issue then bring the issue up and try attaching again. Trouble is, at times its just in wait state and I need to break out. This will negate what I wrote in the reply before doing attachment.
