Form does not show inside request type for slack /assist ticket creation

Hello,

I created a Request Type form and embedded a form within it

However, when setting up the Chat slack integration with Halp, only the fields from the Request form show, but not the fields from the actual form (I need this for conditional fields, etc.)

Is this a possibility or limitation of the slack integration?

Forms cannot be used in Atlassian Assist, it only support the request form. There is a suggestion to have this added to Assist, see JSDCLOUD-11678.

Thanks for the speedy response. That is too bad, hopefully that gets the request volume needed to be added in
