Does anyone have a code they can provide to help me providing a SLA time with tickets spent within certain group we monitor? Looking for the following
Time taken since we revived the ticket within out group to escalate to another group, or resolve within our group.
example of output:
Team name of tickets received - time taken to escalate to a different group or resolved within our group - what group received it if escalated the ticket.
This seems to be about the legacy system "Remedy" rather than any Atlassian system. Could you explain, and go into a bit more detail about your workflow and process?
