I have 2 radio button custom fields which we would like the "None" option hidden. I followed the instruction from this article:
It worked several days ago went we initially followed these instructions. Went back to enter an issue for testing yesterday and the "None" option was showing as well as the coding.
I tried deleting one of the custom fields and recreating it. Still is not working. We are using the "Create" button at the top of the screen to create new issues.
Any suggestions?
Based on the article that you provided, did anything changed in the project's fields configuration scheme or did anything change in the global setting where ""Enable HTML in field descriptions and list item values" was disabled?
Also, in the reference link it also stated the following warnings. The first one that you need to verify if the screen has customization done via other tools?
Please advise.

Thank you! Turns out that the "Enable HTML in field descriptions and list item values" was turned off. Not sure how or why that happened but it fixed it.

Too many cooks in the kitchen case. You may want to check to see who are in your Jira admins group. It is because only Jira system admins can update the configuration at the system app level.

@Joseph Chung Yin Currently we are building this in our own development area. So, we are the admins and will be the admins of the instance this will be active on.
Thank you again!
