HI,

We have JSM implemented but when a call is made in JSM/servicedesk/customer/portal/13 you can't go back with a home button which is linked to the same portal/13 page.

Is there a button we can create and place in on the page (JSM/servicedesk/customer/portal/13) ?

Thanks in advance

Hello @Ronald van der Kruis

Welcome to the community.

If you are at the help center for your JSM project which is customer portal the url should be something like this:
https://yourdomain.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

There are actually a few home buttons. In the top left corner is the Help Center default in words unless your using a logo. That there is a home button itself.

You can also use the highlighted buttons above the request portion which should look like this:
Help Center / Your service project name

These two portion are also buttons to go back.

If you wanted you can now use external share as URL shortcut buttons on the customer portal also but I think there are enough buttons on the help center to go back.

Here are some articles about the help center to assist with customizing and navigation.

I hope this helps you with your issue. Please let us know if it helps by marking this as answered. If this doesn't help please reach back out in reply.

Welcome to community once again.
