I need to add customers to an organization but they don't count with an email. Is there a way to customize the field to be a phone number rather than an email?
Hi @Jaqueline Daza , there isn't a way to replace the email with phone number. The email is used to not only identify the user but also for sending notifications. If you wanted to capture the phone for the customers you should be able to do this with Premium and Insights.

Premium is a tier of Jira above Standard. It costs more but also offers more including insights. there are also addons that allow you to create customer profiles which may work better for your use case. Check out the marketplace.
