I will reuse a question that has already been asked here, but the option given as an answer has become obsolete, so I need to know how to do it currently.
"How do I get the option away when selecting a service desk project from the portal start age? It leads directly to the "Learn more about" section, where you can find knowledge-based articles grouped as a category. Below the category, there is the button "Need to raise a request? Contact us.", then you can select a request type and create a ticket."

I just found out where we can remove this.
So, it's simpler than I imagined.
Inside the Project, I went to "Knowledge Base".
There is shows the Categories created for this project's knowledge base.
On mine, I had some that were created by someone, and they were being displayed on my Customer's Portal.
After deleting the categories, the portal is displayed normally, now, without the "Learn more about" box.
