Hello,

I have 2 environments for my JSM, sandbox and production. I have built automations which uses rest API endpoints. So, when I export them from sandbox to production, I have to manually replace sandbox end points with production endpoints.

Is there a way I can identify the environment I am logging- in using an automation so that i can have it a variable and use it to reference the respective endpoints.

Vijay

I've used other platforms where there is a stored value where you can say the environment is DEV or PROD, but I'm not sure that exists in Jira (but would love to be wrong if someone knows better)

I wonder if an asset object could be used to key off of, when we sync prod to sandbox usually our assets are not brought over. Maybe you can branch your rules off an asset query
