I want to customize the look and feel of my internal notifications (agents, administrators) the same way I tailored the notifications for customers. Is that possible for Jira Service Desk Cloud in Next-Gen projects?
I've been playing around and all I was able to do is 'Alert' specific admin within my team but it's nothing close to a notification as it only tags the specified people in the comments section of a ticket.

When using Jira Service Desk, agents receive system notifications, which currently it's not possible to edit. Only customer notifications have the option to customize, but for agents, as they receive another type of notifications, there is no option to edit it.

I some times disable notifications and create automation that sends email, this can be configured a bit more visually by adding some designing and other fields to notifications.
That is not a good solution as it doesn't count as a real notification and the email that it is sent from is different but sometimes it is ok as a workaround.
