I do have a couple of simple questions about Forms, that I can not figure out.
1) Can I add more than one Form to a Request? If yes, how can I do that?
2) Let's say I created 2 Forms. Both Forms have "Locations and request types" -> "Create new issue" set to Off (actually, everything under "Location and request types" is tuned off). Now, if I go to edit an issue, I still can see and add both Forms from the list. Why is that?
... and there are more questions, I think. But I'll start another question for that :-)
Thanks in advance,
Bernd

Hi @Naseer Shahzad ,
thank you for your response. I was actually aware of that. Coming from Datacenter, where things are a bit different, I was wondering about some details of Forms. The video series on YouTube does answer some of them... not all though :-)

I looked at the videos. They were very helpful. Nevertheless, I still have some very basic questions.
Let's say I created 3 Forms: Form1, Form2, Form3
All 3 form have the same "Locations and request types" setting : "Request form" -> "Feedback" (that is the Request Type I would like to see these forms).
What I would like to do is, add Form1, Form2, Form3 to the request form "Feedback".
I have not found a way to do that. In addition to that, I see only one of these forms at the bottom of the request form (editor).
Question here is: which one of these forms is selected by Jira, and why?
If the Agent creates a request and he adds Form1, Form2, Form 3 to the request, and defines them as "external", they appear on the Request Form.
Question: is it possible to make "external" the default setting for a form?
Thanks in advance,
Bernd
