Hi
I getting error while adding projects to automation rules and the scope was multiple projects scope. I already more than 50 projects in one automation rule, now I am trying to add new projects to that rule now I am getting error. please help me in this case and is there any limit for multi-project scope in Jira automation.
Hello @Vishnu Vardhan Chenna
I am not sure there is a limit in the number of projects you can add to the scope. Just as a personal advice, try to limit the number of projects. If required, duplicate the automation with another scope. This will allow you to make small changes to one scope, without hindering the automation for another scope.
If the automation needs to run for all projects, just change the scope to global.
However, if you are required to use a single automation for those projects, there might be another limit that you are running into. Take a look at this page for the automation limitations that are in place
