How to add customers information

I need to add basic contact information about my customers, like phone number, e-mail, website url, how can i do it?

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to do it using native functionalities. You can store this data in some external sources, for example, the Excel spreadsheet - but it's not very useful.

If you want to store this data in Jira, you can add additional information about your customers and organizations using the Customer Details for Jira Service Management app. We have dedicated views to manage this data, they're also available on the ticket. What's great, your customers can put information about them in the customer portal (depending on your configuration), so you don't have to engage agents in this process.
