I'm an organization admin in Atlassian, and I want to assign myself permissions to Jira Service Management but I'm getting this screen:
I tried assigning the permission to another org admin and getting the same screen.
So you’re sure that you have JSM installed on the same instance? Can you verify that under admin > products ?
assuming it is installed can you attempt to navigate to any JSM project?
Yes, we have JSM on the same instance.
I can see the projects but not able to see the content of the projects, only the settings.
