I have made the integration between Opsgenie and Jira Service Management (JSM), currently the integration allows capturing in JSM all the alarms that arrive in opsgenie and when I create a problem in JSM it is reflected as an alarm in Opsgenie. Now when I create an incident in Opsgenie an alarm is automatically generated, this alarm is captured in JSM; however, it was unable to capture the name of the affected service in JSM. Dear community, your help please.
