Example - Solved: How to include @reporter within a comment inserted... (atlassian.com)
I am creating a workflow where i move from in-development to validation and i want to use the following text
in fact i am getting almost the desired result as follows
Ideally i want to have a result as below so that a email notification can be trigerred
kindly help me where i am doing wrong, thanks in advance for your help and support
I found a resolution here, i changed the text
%%issue.Reporter%% setting this jira to validation, kindly validate and close/Pilot/Release them.
If you are facing any issue, kindly reach out to the related developer if this is a development related Jira
[~%%issue.Reporter%%] setting this jira to validation, kindly validate and close/Pilot/Release them.
If you are facing any issue, kindly reach out to the related developer if this is a development related Jira
By introducting [~] i am able to resolve this issue
Shouldn't it be something like issue.reporter.displayName or reporter.displayName?
