How to delegate mail log administration?

Hi everyone,

I've just launched JSM and am currently manually monitoring the incoming mail log for rejected or failed emails.  This isn't a sustainable solution and I'm assuming there must be a better way, such as subscribe to a data feed or a pull of data from the mail log but I just can't find anything.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this please?
