hi.
I'm new to JSD and during the setup process, I've linked JSD to a dedicated KB space in confluence.
The home page of that KB space is visible in the JSD project under the Knowledge Base settings [https://company.atlassian.net/projects/KEY/knowledge]
But this home page is not accessible on the portal itself.
It would be great for the customer to be able to access the home page of the KB space, without setting the space's permission so allow anonymous access.
The current setting is that customers have to sign up to raise issues in the JSD project. They can access the articles we publish in the KB space, but not the home page itself.
Thanks.
Hi Gil,
Have you check this other issue? It may be related to your question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Customers-need-to-login-to-Confluence-before-access-the/qaq-p/634738
Also,
Hope it helps,
Carlos
Yes. this is what I'm after for the cloud instance.
I didn't investigate if there is a workaround for the server instance.
This is very annoying.
I hope someone can post a workaround for cloud instance of JSD.

I'll have to use the annoucement hack for this.

Just an update, I used the
Under portal settings. I used the Jira format:
[TEXT|URL]
I also used * to make the link in bold, so the final look would be:
[*Google Search Engine*|https://www.google.com]
For me, this is better than taking over the Announcement option.
