We have about 10 service desk projects for various purposes inside of organization. We use customer accounts for employees who are not part of Service Desk Team. A typical customer may have access to 5-6 projects.

When an employee leaves our company we should quickly remove all access. It is especially important because we use Jira Cloud that is accessible from all over the world.

Before 2022 there was a special page in admin section of Jira where you could quickly disable customers. For some reason it dissappeared and now we can manage only users.

It is very inconvenient to go through all 10 projects and remove customer from all organizations. Is there a better way to do that? E.g. REST API?

Hi @Sergei Gridnevskii

Have you tried using the User Management section?

This might be under either...

  1. Go to Jira Settings > User Management
  2. On the left-hand menu, select Jira Service Management
  3. Search for the customer
  4. On their row - select 3-dots icon > Revoke Access/Delete Account

Or...

  1. Go to Jira Settings > User Management
  2. Locate the customer in the user list
  3. Revoke their site access and/or remove the user

^ This should stop access instance-wide.
