I'd like to set up a custom email in our company so that teams don't need to visit Jira Service Desk and rather simply send an email to submit their tickets.
Hi Amy, yes this is possible. Simply go to Project settings > Email requests. Here you can either choose the default email provided by Atlassian or you can add your own custom email. Here is a link to some documentation that might assist further how-do-customers-send-requests-by-email . Please let me know if you have any troubles setting this up.
For every JSM project, you can set up an email request type. This email request type can be tied to a specific email address.
