We have Jira Service Management Portal, which is used by external and internal customers (who are part of our company - same domain). Is there a way to track internal customers, I mean creating an internal customer organization and have these internal customers (e-mail ids) part of that organization. Pls. suggest. Are there any best practices related to it.
