As per JSM pricing scheme, we have 200 free SMS, however, how do I use them to notify agents?
I can't find any place where to setup SMS notifications other than Twilio, but that's another story, right?

Typically, your agents should just access your JSM project to track his/her assigned tasks or access all issues reported by your customers submitted via the queues without the need of using SMS.
