I can't view some service management measures on Eazy Bi and SLA report.

Hi Anita,

​It is difficult to tell the reason without seeing the full report definition.
​My initial guess is that you have some filters applied to the Time dimension, and the given SLA is not completed yet for the issues in scope, or the SLA cycle completion date is outside of the displayed time period. 

​The following details might be helpful to determine the actual reason:
​- the report definition to see the applied filters and report context;
​- the definition of the SLA.
