Importing Change Management Workflows into Data Centre 4.19

Hi there!

I need to be able to import the Change Management Worfflows as per the following link.

Managing changes with your IT service project | Jira Service Management Data Center and Server 4.19 | Atlassian Documentation

Require the EMERGENCY, STANDARD and NORMAL workflows.

Currently using Jira Server Data Centre JSM V4.20.0. When you go to import workflows, they do no appear.

Please advise and supply me with the 3 workflows as per above ASAP?

I need a response and solution by COB today.

If you read the article they are using a single workflow, the change management workflow, but having three different escalation paths.  If you go through the directions you will get here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver0419/1-update-the-change-management-workflow-1087530612.html which explains how to import that workflow.  Hope this gets you pointed in the right direction.
