I am implementing Jira Service Management and require some guidance on how people are configuring incident templates.
Ideally, I would like to have customized incident templates depending on what services the incident is related to. For example, if the incident is related to the in-house intranet, I would like to make it mandatory to provide the URL where the fault occurred.
However, Custom Fields and Forms, do not appear to be able to be conditionally displayed based on Services.
The only viable options I know of, would be to have one incident template with all potentially required fields (seems messy) or have an incident template for every service (seems excessive).
Am I missing a better option?
How are other people managing their incident templates?
