I have a reporter name (Anna Spell) that has been saved under the wrong email address in my ticket queue. It is a regular customer but my team think they are emailing her when they are not. The team they are emailing are confused as to why we keep referring to them as Anna. Do you know how to remove the Anna's name from theprofile in JIRA please?

If I have understood correctly, you are saying someone who opens tickets and therefore is the reporter, here in the customer settings and therefore in the ticket shows the incorrect name?
I think you will need the user who created the account to make this change. If I go to the org settings, you can see here, only the user can change their account but you can 'suggest changes' to notify them about this mismatch.
