Will automation for Jira allow insight fields to be used in the automation?
I am testing the app and not able to add insight fields to an action in an automation. Is this normal behaviour? If so, when will insight fields be selectable in the Automation for Jira app for actions? You can select the field for the trigger but not for the action. Now I know you can add JSON to activate it but when will Insight fields be supported?

Thanks for reaching out. Precisely, where are you after these fields being supported? We have support for some of the insight object fields in edit/create/clone issue actions (not the deprecated ones).

I was watching this question because I'm also needing this. My case is that I have a workflow where our Support Desk can send a ticket to another group (ex: Engineering). When that happens, we create an issue in Engineering and then link back to the Support Desk issue. I'm not able to copy the Asset field "Facility" during that process. As an alternative, I thought I could do an automation that checks for Engineering issues that are missing the Facility field and copy from the Support Desk issue over to the Engineering issue. But, it didn't seem that was possible either.
