Hi,

I'm new at using the data manager in the Assets feature.

I managed connect Intune using the INtune connector and collecting data about the client and client HW (like available storage in bytes and so on).

What I want to do and didn't achieve yet, is to collect any data regarding software installed on the clients. My goal is to have a software inventory in JIRA Assets for each client in the same was I can have this using the "old" asset discovery tool, but didn't manage to do this yet.

Any ideas to get me on the right track?

best regards,

Edi

Hi @Edi Prinz

Welcome to the community.

Based on the documentation on the adapter, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/data-manager-intune-adapter/ , this is not retrievable.
