I'd like to make an automation rule on JSM tickets when they're created - I want to have a condition "if the Organization was created in the last 6 months". I've been looking through smart values and API documentation and I didn't see a way, but I wanted to ask here before resorting to drastic measures!
Unfortunately, I don't believe as Organization is associated to user's account and it is not possible to obtain the creation date on this object.
I would recommend that you should contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for possible assistance.
